Job Description

Drive Revenue. Build Relationships. Deliver a "House Proud" Experience. At Thompson Creek, we don't just install products, we create lasting customer relationships. As an Installation Consultant, you'll meet homeowners at install, ensure quality, and uncover additional opportunities to enhance their home. This is a field-based, revenue-generating role where your ability to connect, consult, and close makes a direct impact.
What You'll Do:
Generate Revenue in the Home Meet with homeowners during install appointments to review projects and ensure satisfactionIdentify additional needs and recommend upgrades, enhancements, or complementary productsPresent solutions using a consultative sales approach and close add-on opportunitiesPrepare and execute contracts or addendums and secure customer commitment on the spotCollect payments and complete all required sales documentation accurately Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Perform quality assurance inspections to confirm workmanship and product performanceAddress customer questions and concerns in real time to build trust and long-term relationshipsAct as a brand ambassador, delivering a professional and polished experience Maximize Every Opportunity Leverage each appointment to generate additional sales and referralsSupport neighborhood marketing efforts and proximity outreach when neededManage your schedule, routes, and follow-ups independentlyConsistently meet or exceed individual sales performance goals Support Field Operations Perform minor service adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfactionDocument findings and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutionMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and ready stateEnsure all work aligns with company standards, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
What We Offer:
Earning Potential:
$85,000 - $125,000 annually
Company Loaned VehicleCompensation:
$1,400.00 bi-weekly base pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation Range:
This role offers $1,400.00 bi-weekly base pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand. Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $125,000 annually
