This is a true outside sales position—not an office-based or inside sales role. Representatives will spend most of the day traveling throughout assigned neighborhoods, knocking on doors, speaking directly with homeowners, and climbing onto roofs to perform inspections. RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel throughout assigned neighborhoods and service areas Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners to generate new business Climb ladders and walk on residential roofs to conduct inspections Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for visible damage or replacement needs Educate homeowners about property damage, potential insurance coverage, and the claims process Build trust with homeowners through professional and friendly service Follow up with prospective and current clients Guide clients through the entire sales and project process Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
PHYSICAL AND WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs Must be comfortable knocking on doors and initiating conversations with homeowners Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Willingness to travel between neighborhoods, client homes, and job sites throughout the day Must be comfortable working at heights
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently Must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and outside sales Must be willing and able to perform roof inspections safely Previous sales, customer service, roofing, construction, or insurance experience is a plus but not required

Employees will be hired directly by Pinpoint Innovations and placed on Pinpoint's payroll beginning on their first day Base pay is $17 per hour Employees will also earn a 4% commission on the sales they generate Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $54,000 to $104,000 , depending on sales performance The position begins with a two-week trial period , allowing both the employee and Pinpoint Innovations to determine whether the opportunity is a good long-term fit Employees will not be employed or paid by Express Employment Professionals at any point during the trial period
