The Unit Director manages the daily operations of a designated Boys & Girls Club unit, overseeing program delivery, staff supervision and training, facility management, community partnerships, membership engagement, and budget administration. This role ensures a safe, positive environment for youth, supports achievement of youth development outcomes, maintains compliance with organizational policies, and builds strong relationships with schools, community agencies, families, and local partners.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
