Responsibilities and Duties Lead customers through the automotive sales process Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while adhering to manufacturer and dealership policies Explain vehicle features and benefits to clients Present and explain pricing and payment information that is compiled by sales managers Demonstrate vehicle technologies Work closely with sales management and finance team on deals Communicate with customers in person, via phone, email and text Deliver personal experiences to every customer to build relationships Complete all required training for sales certification and maintain your certification status with courses and training as directed by management Skills and Qualifications Sales or customer service experience in any industry required Automotive sales experience preferred Understanding of the automotive sales process preferred Strong work ethic to continuously generate new business Attention to detail to ensure sales process is always followed accurately Friendly and professional at all times Computing ability to explain vehicle pricing to clients
