Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate and present high-end automobiles to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales support records Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills combined with B2B sales expertise for building strategic partnerships Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline and coordinate inventory control efficiently Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities Knowledge of automotive industry standards, dealership operations, inventory management, retail math, and marketing strategies Ability to perform high-end sales with confidence while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
