Automotive Sales Consultant

We are looking for self motivated individuals who have a track record of customer service and have an entrepreneur's spirit. Previous sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess their needs and provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients. Present and demonstrate vehicle features based on customer interest and needs. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery; work with managers to configure deals. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by responding to leads timely. Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid drivers license. Presents a professional appearance consistent with dealership standards. Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. Possess a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions. Driven by the opportunity to increase personal income through strong performance.
