Position Summary:

Swing Sales Representative The Swing Sales Representative plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Merchandising division by providing flexible, temporary route coverage and merchandising support across Maine Distributors' service territory. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide temporary coverage for sales and merchandiser routes, including holiday and weekend shifts Execute in-store merchandising and maintain product displays to company standards Organize and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials Deliver high-quality customer service and foster strong retailer relationships

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid Maine driver's license and a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely Flexibility to work a shifting schedule , including holidays and weekends
