Overview The Sugarloaf Sales Division is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic team—an ideal opportunity for entry-level professionals eager to launch their sales career. The position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and project management for the sales team while serving as the primary liaison to our revenue centers. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, and the creation/distribution/communication of sales-related information. This role is the acting agent for all service aspects booked through the Conference, Meeting, and Association segments ensuring quality from start to finish. The starting hourly wage will be $17-19 (depending upon experience) plus gratuities.

Responsibilities Essential Functions:

Maintain and accurately update customer records within software programs (Salesforce) Create and prepare accurate catering banquet event orders (BEO) for clients, gaining valuable experience in event coordination while ensuring that the catering offer matches the contracted event(s) Communicates any additional upsell or changes that may impact the original contract to Sales Manager Fulfillment of service from the time the contract is signed to the day of delivery. Serve as a departmental liaison for a variety of sales-related topics, developing cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner On site event assistance through the direction of the Sales Manager This job requires flexibility and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
