Job Description

Rowe Westbrook is looking for a driven, customer-focused Service-to-Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between our Service Department and Sales Showroom. In this role, you will engage with active service clients, identify equity and trade-in opportunities, and guide customers seamlessly into a new or pre-owned Ford, Hyundai, or Lincoln vehicle.
Key Responsibilities Service Drive Engagement:
Build relationships with incoming service customers and evaluate their current vehicle situation.
Equity & Trade Analysis:
Identify clients with high vehicle equity, upcoming major maintenance expenses, or leases near expiration.
Consultative Sales:
Present soft-pitch trade upgrade options, equity assessments, and vehicle exchange proposals without high-pressure tactics.
Department Collaboration:
Partner closely with Service Advisors, Service Management, and the Sales/Desking team to streamline customer transitions.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of service drive contacts, appraisals, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Background in automotive sales, service advising, or business development (BDC).
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to turn routine service visits into sales opportunities.
Technical Knowledge:
Comfort navigating inventory management tools, CRM platforms, and equity mining software.
Drive & Mindset:
Self-motivated, process-oriented, and focused on delivering a high-integrity customer experience.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pay:
