Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and results-driven Oral Surgery Treatment Sales Coordinator to present, promote, and successfully close oral surgery treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oral surgery or dentistry, proven sales and case-acceptance skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Present and sell oral surgery treatment plans by clearly explaining recommended procedures, costs, financing options, insurance processes, and next steps. Consistently follow up with patients who have not scheduled treatment through phone calls, texts, and emails. Build strong relationships with patients, address concerns, overcome objections, and help them feel confident moving forward with treatment. Maintain an organized follow-up system for all unscheduled treatment plans, documenting every patient interaction and next step. Meet or exceed established case-acceptance, scheduling, and revenue goals. Review outstanding treatment plans regularly and prioritize follow-up based on urgency, treatment value, and patient readiness. Coordinate with surgeons and the clinical team to ensure patients receive accurate information and a seamless experience. Assist patients with financing applications and payment options to make recommended treatment more accessible. Track and report treatment-plan presentations, follow-up activity, scheduled cases, conversion rates, and unscheduled production. Re-engage patients with older treatment plans and encourage them to return for updated evaluations when appropriate. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the consultation, decision-making, and scheduling process. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or a related field (Preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SALES, preferably in a surgical, medical or dental setting.
