Position Overview:
This role is responsible to provide administrative support to assigned National Accounts to include, but not limited to, preparation and distribution of department records, maintaining system data such as customer, item and pricing information, taking action against customer requests and issue escalation. Responsibilities must be handled in a confidential, timely and professional manner. What you'll do: Support customer, vendor and item setups (UPC codes); responsible for the data entry and administration of the department record keeping system(s) and/or the maintenance of various department files in accordance with company policies and procedures Enter orders into the system as required in a timely and accurate manner Track, maintain, update and correct orders in the system and resolve routine issued as necessary. Ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely manner; follow issues through to completion and partner with other departments as necessary to ensure resolution Compile data and/or conduct research for inclusion in reports, and prepare reports as required for internal and/or external customers Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Ability to work independently Assist department with special projects and assignments as requested What you'll need: Associates degree required or translatable experience 2-3 years of experience in customer service Good written and verbal communication skills Must have good organizational, prioritization and attention to detail skills Must have strong data entry skills Ability to maintain confidential information and data Ability to exercise limited discretion and independent judgement to respond appropriately to routine administrative needs Should have basic knowledge of company operations and organizational procedures Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
