As a Sales Advisor , you will play an important role in helping prospective residents and families explore senior living options and feel supported throughout the decision-making process. In this role, you'll respond to inquiries, provide community tours, build relationships with prospective residents and families, and support the admissions and move-in process from initial contact through placement. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales, hospitality, and helping older adults and their families navigate important life transitions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable using CRM systems and other technology, and able to provide a welcoming, professional experience while supporting occupancy goals across senior living services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Department Sales & Marketing Employment Type Full Time Location Chelsea, MI Workplace type Onsite Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective resident and family inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner Serve as an initial point of contact for sales-related questions, including availability, services, rates, move-in process, and general community information Schedule appointments, coordinate site visits, and provide community tours for prospective residents, families, and guests Build relationships with prospective residents and families to understand their needs, preferences, and timeline Share brochures, applications, and other information with individuals interested in the community Support proactive sales efforts through follow-up calls, outreach, CRM updates, and ongoing communication with prospects Assist residents and families during transitions by providing information on available living options and next steps Coordinate aspects of the admissions and move-in process for new residents Receive applications, collect required information, and assist with completion of admission paperwork Partner with appropriate team members to support review, approval, and placement decisions Contact individuals on the waitlist when openings become available and determine continued interest Process deposits and maintain accurate records related to new sales and move-ins Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and referral information in the CRM system Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and other sales-related reports as directed Assist with planning and supporting special events, tours, and hospitality-related activities for prospective residents and guests Maintain organized files, records, work areas, and follow-up documentation Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a positive and professional manner Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and other community team members to support a smooth experience for prospects and new residents The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; a combination of related education and experience in sales and/or senior living may be considered Minimum of two years of experience working with older adults or the elderly population Previous experience in sales, admissions, senior living, healthcare, housing, hospitality, or a related field preferred Minimum of three years of experience in senior housing sales and admissions preferred Previous life lease sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage prospective residents and families Strong computer, CRM, and data entry skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage follow-up, documentation, reporting, and multiple priorities Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance Benefits Generous 6 weeks of Flexible time off per year —plus paid holidays on top of that.
