Our services include interpreting, translation, and training programs that meet the needs of clients in healthcare, education, and government institutions. Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting both sales growth and customer experience initiatives. This position is responsible for developing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, responding to inquiries, and providing information about GIS services through targeted outreach efforts. This position is based in our Clinton Township office and is not remote. Employees will receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to support long-term success and career development. Key Responsibilities A typical day may include: Researching and identifying prospective clients Utilizing Global's CRM system to target and contact potential customers Scheduling meetings and presenting services to prospective clients Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals Managing customer relationships within an assigned territory Monitoring customer accounts and providing ongoing support Conducting outbound calls and email outreach as part of daily business development activities Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles Ability to manage accounts within a designated territory Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship dynamics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and time-management skills CRM experience is a plus
