About the Role We're looking for a motivated, creative, and customer-focused Unit Support Sales Professional / Content Creator to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, product support, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and excited about creating engaging content that helps promote our products, services, and brand. What You'll Do Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers and team members Promote products and services and help drive sales Assist customers with product selection and questions Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and social media content Help develop creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns Maintain an active and professional presence across social media platforms Showcase products, promotions, events, and company culture through content Follow up with customers and help build strong customer relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Work collaboratively with management and the sales team List units on website What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Positive, outgoing personality Sales-minded and motivated to meet goals Creative eye for photography, video, and social media Comfortable appearing on camera or creating behind-the-scenes content Basic knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, organized, and professional Previous sales, retail, customer service, marketing, or content-creation experience is a plus Strong motorcycle background Why Join Us?
