We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our sales and finance teams. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. This position supports office operations, assists customers, organizes documentation, and helps coordinate between sales, finance, service, and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment—especially during peak boating season. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email. Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. Create, update, and maintain customer records, sales files. Process payments, submitting financing contracts, preparing State Registrations, prepare invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks. Support sales staff with documentation, titles, registrations, and delivery scheduling. Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and dealership supplies. Help manage inventory and showroom items. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist with dealership events, promotions, boat shows, and seasonal customer outreach. Full time Monday - Saturday with rotating Sundays and a day off during the week. We are only open Sundays during Spring and Fall. Qualifications Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with dealership or service management software is a plus. Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a marine/outdoor recreational environment.
