Your responsibilities will include:

Working with customers to understand their needs and identify the right vehicle Demonstrating vehicle features and technology Conducting professional test drives Presenting pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options Responding to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries Setting and confirming customer appointments Following up with prospective customers Maintaining relationships with previous customers and generating repeat and referral business Developing strong product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory Who We're Looking For You don't need years of automotive experience.
