We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build hands-on experience in sales, customer service, communication, and customer engagement . This is a full-time, W-2, in-person retail position . You'll work face-to-face with customers inside an assigned retail location, helping customers understand available products and services, answering questions, discussing current promotions, and assisting throughout the purchase or enrollment process. Saginaw Retail Group works with established brands and retail partners. Due to client and partnership agreements, specific client and retail partner information is kept confidential and will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process when appropriate. Previous sales experience is not required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. Compensation Base Pay:

$16.00-$20.00 per hour This is a full-time, W-2 hourly position with weekly compensation . Starting compensation within the posted range is based on experience, position responsibilities, and interview evaluation. Additional performance-based incentives may be available. Performance-based incentives are separate from hourly base compensation and are not guaranteed. Paid training is provided.
