A Car or Vehicle Sales Representative develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, customer prospecting, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and explaining warranties and services. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer What You'll Need to Have for theRole:
High school diploma or equivalent is required 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required) Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information Valid driver's license required May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
