The role combines product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to guide clients through the selection and purchase process, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. This is a part-time, 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and a clear path to a full-time Sales Management position with salary, commissions, and leadership responsibilities as our company continues to grow. Responsibilities Generate new residential window and door sales Meet with homeowners to provide estimates and product recommendations Build relationships with customers through exceptional service Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Learn our products, installation process, and financing options Help grow the company's customer base through referrals and networking Work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Reliable transportation Valid driver's license What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is hungry to succeed and wants to build a long-term career—not someone simply looking for a paycheck.
