Job Description

Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for selling our personal insurance package. They engage prospective clients in a manner that is fast, proactive, and professional. They communicate with prospective clients to find out their needs through phone calls, emails, text, online video, and in-person meetings. Our inside sales agents are trained and knowledgeable in our systems and insurance carriers' policies, including home, auto, umbrella, and life. An inside sales agent will turn leads into sales and prospective clients into clients by tailoring a personalized insurance package that is competitive and fits their needs. Finally, an inside sales agent works to foster client relationships that generate referrals for the ISA. Responsibilities and Duties Selling our personal insurance package to prospective clients Selling home, auto, umbrella, life and other personal insurance policies Turn leads into sales through our quoting process and positively influencing prospective clients Maintaining organization, prioritizing time and resources and gathering information in order to generate accurate policies Understanding our insurance companies policies, systems and processes and having a great working relationship with their underwriting teams Making phone calls, emails, online video and in-person meetings to find insurance needs and quote our insurance package Accurate and efficient data entry Maintaining Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Producer License Core Values Alignment The right person for this seat consistently demonstrates our

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2 years of Sales or business development Insurance experience
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, relationship building, team collaboration, good at follow-up, outgoing, positive, respectful attitude, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented
Technology:
Google Workspace, CRM, typing, ability to utilize AI to tighten communication
Certifications/Licenses:
Property & Casualty Insurance License Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
