Cronin Hillsdale CDJR is looking for a full-time, dependable individual to join our Sales team. The mission of the Sales Consultant is to maximize vehicle sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. We offer an aggressive pay plan.

Essential Duties include:

Maintains a positive attitude about the job. Maintain a high level of product knowledge; participate in any and all product training available. Maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive models and their features, and how they compare to the Cronin Auto franchises. Use CRM to log customer contact information. Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals. Show concern for the customers needs throughout the sales process. Use closing techniques effectively; ask for help from management with closing when necessary. Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes from each customer. The successful sales consultant qualifications include: Previous sales experience; preferably automotive sales A professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.
