You'll meet with homeowners during pre-set appointments , help them create customized solutions for their homes, and guide them through the sales process. No cold calling — we bring the appointments to you! What We Offer Pre-set appointments — no cold calling $60K-$90K+ earning potential annually Commission + bonus opportunities 1 week of paid sales and design training Ongoing coaching and support Flexible full-time schedule Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes Listen to their needs and create customized designs Present solutions and pricing Build relationships and close sales Manage your appointments and follow our proven sales process Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you're: Outgoing, confident, and great with people Motivated by sales goals and earning potential Creative and a strong problem-solver Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable Comfortable assuming the sale Sales or customer service experience preferred A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
