Donald E McNabb Company is looking to hire a new member of our sales staff. The successful candidate will need to communicate, reinforce, and support the values, culture and mission of the organization and will work firsthand with clients to assist them with their flooring needs.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients in order to understand their flooring needs
• Provide helpful and attentive service
• Create estimates based on detailed layouts
• Calculate floor plans
• Develop quotes
• Ensure timely follow up with clients
• Build successful relationship with clients
• Maintain work area and showroom
• Assist with merchandising showroom
• Prior Sales Experience; flooring sales is considered a plus

Pay Scale:

• Paid training for the first 3 months at $15/hour
• Weekly Salary at $400/week
• Monthly Commission Pay Scale o $20,000-29,999
• 1.5% o $30,000-34,999
• 2% o $35,000-39,999
• 3% o $40,000-44,999
• 4% o $45,000-49,999
• 5% o $50,000-64,999
• 6% o $65,000-79,999
• 7% o $80,000+
• 8% Typical Year Salary with

Commission:

$40,000

• $100,000

Schedule:

One day off during the weekdays (same every week) and Sundays Off

• Must be able to pass criminal background check
