IgniteIt is hiring an energetic, dependable Event Sales Representative to work the RazMania silent auction in Pontiac on Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll engage attendees, explain how the silent auction works, highlight featured items, create urgency, and encourage qualified bids. You'll answer guest questions, monitor the auction area and online bidding activity, and keep displays organized. We're looking for someone who:
- Is outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable starting conversations
- Has experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, events, brand activation, or other customer-facing work
- Takes initiative and stays energetic throughout a busy event
- Is dependable and available for both full shifts
