RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight Develop partnerships with carriers to strengthen market performance and repeat shipments Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism

COMPENSATION

Base Salary, Plus Commission & Bonus for each load booked; Generous Benefits

HOURS:

Full-time•40 hours/week 8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m.

LOCATION

Rochester, Michigan•In Office

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers Highly effective communication and negotiating skills Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience in freight brokerage or logistics industry helpful
