This is a consultative sales + interior design role where you will create custom storage solutions and deliver a premium customer experience from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities As a California Closets Design Consultant, you will:

Offer a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated serviceProvide in-home design consultations and space planningDesign custom solutions using proprietary CAD softwareWork with interior designers, decorators, and buildersManage multiple client projects with strong attention to detailTravel daily to appointments in Oakland and Macomb Counties QualificationsPreferred SkillsExperience in sales, interior design, home improvement, home organization professional, or related fieldStrong consultative sales and closing skillsAbility to build rapport and develop relationships quicklyHighly organized with excellent time managementDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projectsRequirementsStrong communication and presentation skillsTech savvy - ability to learn proprietary CAD design softwareLaptop requiredMust be able to travel frequently to Oakland and Macomb Counties Valid driver's licenseFull-time availability, includes some evenings and weekendsCompensationPaid trainingUncapped commission structureOn-target earnings: $85,000-$120,000+Pre-set, qualified appointments providedWork EnvironmentField-based, in-home sales roleCombination of client visits, remote design work, and showroom collaboration
