GOALS Professional Services (GPS) is a boutique consulting firm that helps mission-driven, growth-focused organizations strengthen operations, execute strategy, and expand their impact. We work with education, nonprofit, and community-focused organizations that need experienced thinking and additional capacity to turn important ideas into measurable results.

The Opportunity:

GPS is seeking a commercially curious relationship builder who can identify promising opportunities, communicate persuasively, and follow through with discipline. You will work directly with the GPS founder to expand existing client relationships, replicate proven services, develop partnerships and referrals, strengthen market visibility, and advance a qualified new-business pipeline. This role combines research, relationship development, communication, technology, and execution. It is well suited for someone who enjoys understanding organizations, identifying where GPS can add value, and creating the next conversation.

What You Will Do:

Research prospective clients, partners, decision-makers, and market opportunities. Identify existing-account expansion opportunities and build lookalike target lists for proven GPS services. Develop stakeholder maps and pursuit strategies; draft personalized outreach and follow-up. Support partnerships, referrals, selected client meetings, meeting briefs, and proposal content. Maintain accurate pipeline stages, next actions, dates, and follow-up. Turn GPS work and insights into case studies, social media content, and market-facing communications. Use AI, large language models, CRM tools, analytics, and automation to improve results; verify outputs and protect confidential information.

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal communication, including confident asks and professional follow-up. Strong research, synthesis, and problem-solving skills. Organization and discipline when managing multiple opportunities. Initiative when instructions or information are incomplete. Comfort with ambiguity, outreach, rejection, and changing priorities. Practical experience using technology to improve work. A genuine interest in mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve. Ownership, curiosity, accountability, inclusion, low-ego collaboration, and reliable follow-through Demonstrated strength in social media, marketing communications, AI-enabled research, or workflow automation (highly desired).
