We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for new dealers entering the Kroll network. As a Dealer Onboarding Specialist, you will guide dealers through the onboarding process while also supporting supplier-sponsored lead generation programs, dealer recruitment initiatives, and lead conversion efforts. This role plays a critical part in growing Kroll's dealer network by ensuring prospective dealers receive seamless experience from initial lead inquiry through activation and long-term engagement. What You'll Do Dealer Onboarding & Activation Manage dealer applications from submission through approval. Conduct welcome calls and onboarding sessions for newly approved dealers. Train dealers on ordering procedures, payment options, dealer programs, loyalty incentives, and available resources. Assist dealers with first orders and ensure successful account activation. Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records, onboarding milestones, and activity tracking. Build strong dealer relationships and proactively resolve onboarding issues. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management Conduct outreach to prospective dealers through phone, and email. Qualify dealer prospects and determine readiness for onboarding and activation. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on dealer nurturing campaigns designed to increase dealer activation and engagement. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, customer success, lead development, or a related role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with CRM platforms and business systems; experience with Spiro, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus. Experience in wholesale distribution, dealer networks, B2B sales support, or account coordination preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
