Our busiest writers at high-volume stores consistently earn in the top half of the range. You control the number. It's a busy store — that's why the earning potential is what it is. If that works for you, we'd love to talk. What you get $70,000-$98,800/year (base + uncapped commission) Group health insurance (BCBS) + dental + vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off + 8 paid holidays Employee discounts and team outings Clean, modern, high-volume store Where this goes We promote from within. Our store managers earn $88,000-$161,000/year, and several started right where you would — at the counter.
