What This Role Actually Is This is not a passive front desk position. This is a growth seat responsible for helping bring new families into care.

Your role will include:

Calling and following up with leads who have expressed interest Inviting prospects to schedule appointments Reactivating past patients Asking for referrals from happy patients Coordinating and filling workshops and dinner events Working community screenings and health events Building partnerships with local businesses, gyms, and churches Visiting local businesses to build relationships and generate opportunities Responding to digital marketing inquiries and guiding people to schedule You will track numbers, work toward clear goals, and help grow our reach in the community.
