About the Role You'll own the growth of our referral network — physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, dialysis centers, home health agencies, and specialty clinics. Success means becoming the go-to infusion partner in your territory by understanding referral sources' needs and making it easy to send patients our way.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow relationships with referral sources across the territory Identify new referral opportunities and open new accounts Educate providers and care teams on our services, capabilities, and intake process Serve as the liaison between referral sources and our clinical/intake team Track activity, pipeline, and conversion; report on territory performance Represent the pharmacy at meetings, in-services, and industry events
Qualifications:
2+ years of healthcare sales or business development, infusion/specialty pharmacy, DME, home health, or a related referral-driven setting preferred Track record of building referral or account relationships and hitting growth targets Understanding of the referral and intake process in a clinical setting Strong communication, self-direction, and territory-management skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel the territory Knowledge of infusion therapies, payer basics, or AKS/healthcare compliance is a plus Who Should Apply Ideal for a self-starter who thrives on relationship-building and wants ownership of a growing territory.
