Precision Ag Sales Consultant Location:
Kalmes Implement located in Altura, MN Experienced Precision Ag Professionals Wanted Precision Agriculture is one of the fastest-growing areas of our dealership — and we're looking for an experienced Precision Ag Sales Consultant to help lead that growth. We're searching for someone who understands both farming operations and technology and can confidently work with growers to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on helping customers succeed through precision ag solutions, not just selling equipment. Responsibilities Meet with growers to evaluate operational needs and identify opportunities Recommend and sell precision ag solutions, including GPS guidance, displays, data management, and connected technologies Build and manage long-term precision ag customer relationships Conduct field demonstrations and customer training Support implementation, setup, and ongoing customer success Partner with sales and service teams to deliver a high-level customer experience Manage opportunities and follow-up activity through CRM Qualifications Precision agriculture experience required Strong understanding of farming operations and equipment technology Proven relationship-building and sales skills Ability to explain technical solutions in practical terms Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused Experience with major precision platforms is preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Strong commission and incentive program Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, paid holidays, and additional benefits Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within a growing dealership organization This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a dealership that is committed to growing its Precision Ag business.
Pay:
$60,000-$80,000 base salary plus commission and performance incentives. High performers have the opportunity to build a six-figure income.
