As a locally owned used vehicle dealership averaging 70+ units per month, we offer a large and diverse inventory with steady opportunity. We focus on helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Understand customer needs and guide them to the right vehicle Stay current on inventory, vehicle features, and pricing Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and past customers Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds Maintain organized CRM notes and complete required documentation Keep a clean, professional workspace Work closely with management and team members to meet monthly goals Qualifications 1+ year automotive sales experience preferred Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, positive attitude Self-motivated and dependable Reliable and punctual If you're looking to join a stable, local dealership where relationships matter and effort is rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
