What You'll Do:
Connect with potential customers through proactive outreach and engaging conversations. Discover customer needs by asking questions and understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities. Present products and services in a clear, professional way while highlighting the value they can provide. Identify qualified prospects based on interest, needs, and overall fit. Create new sales opportunities and coordinate follow-ups with the appropriate sales team. Keep prospect information organized, including conversations, activity, and next steps. Build strong professional relationships that create a positive experience from the first interaction. Share customer insights and market feedback to help the team improve its approach. Take part in ongoing training to strengthen communication, sales, and business development skills. Work toward individual and team goals while representing the company with confidence and professionalism.What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. Dependable, professional, positive, and eager to learn. Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, marketing, or business development is helpful, but not required.
