We're hiring an outside sales rep for our Burnsville / Twin Cities metro territory, selling office technology and document management solutions to local businesses. No sales background required. Base salary plus uncapped commission. First-year reps typically earn $50k-$60k+, with top reps earning well beyond that.

The short version:

You'll start by learning the ropes - shadowing calls, understanding our solutions, building confidence in front of business owners. Then you move into prospecting and building your own pipeline when you're ready. Real coaching from seasoned sales managers, not a training video and a binder. What you'll do: Own a Twin Cities metro territory and grow it like it's your own business Prospect, build relationships, and close deals with local businesses Build real relationships in your community, not just chase one-off deals What you'll bring: Entrepreneurial mindset.
