Job Overview About the Position Our Farmers Insurance agency is growing, and we are looking for motivated, outgoing telemarketers to join our team in our new Burnsville office. In this position, you will make outbound calls, speak with prospective customers, create interest in receiving an insurance quote, and connect interested prospects directly with our licensed sales team through live transfers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by performance-based earnings, and interested in building a career in sales or insurance. No previous insurance experience or insurance license is required—we will provide training.
