(MINNEAPOLIS) Contract type Full-Time Location Edina, MN Specialty Retail Remote No Reference 514968 Contact name Kimberley Pare Job description Showroom Manager | Luxury Retail Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for luxury retail, high-end customer experience, and interior design? Our client is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead sales and showroom operations for a premium home/interiors brand. In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing showroom sales team
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience from initial inquiry through follow-up
  • Drive sales performance, leads, quotes, and monthly objectives
  • Build relationships and business with designers, developers, hotels, brokers, and other industry professionals
  • Partner with Marketing on showroom events and business development initiatives
  • Oversee merchandising, product presentation, pricing, inventory, and showroom displays
  • Ensure accurate sales orders, inventory allocation, supplier orders, and administrative processes
  • Coordinate ongoing product training and team performance meetings What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail
  • Proven experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Strong background in sales and interior design
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and standard IT tools
