Family- owned Truck Center Companies is one of America's largest Freightliner dealers. Founded in 1975, the Omaha, Nebraska based dealership has grown to 17 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota with over 1100 employees. Responsibilities:
Prepare truck paperwork for customer's arrival or transfers. When transferring trucks from one location to another, type delivery receipt, issue dealer plate, take copy of complete file to send to new location. Check in driver expenses and post to truck files daily. Keep track of all dealer plates going in and out. Renew license of company vehicles monthly and update the vehicle records annually. Assist in typing all necessary correspondences, quotes and other typing as needed for the general manager, sales representative or other personnel. Make copies as needed for truck files and other projects.
Qualifications:
Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45lbs. Must be 10-key by touch. Must have typing skills of 45 WPM and/or equivalent data processing experience. Dress code per employee handbook.
