Business Development Representative - Outside Sales Comfort Keepers | Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area Full-Time | Base Salary of $60,000 + Uncapped Commission (Tied to sales results) Build Relationships. Create Opportunities. Grow a Market. Comfort Keepers is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative who loves opening doors, building relationships and finding opportunities others don't see. This is not a position for someone who wants to manage an established list of accounts. We are looking for a hunter and relationship builder who is comfortable prospecting for new business, developing new partnerships and turning relationships into measurable results. You'll have the support and reputation of an established, respected brand-but we'll expect you to bring the curiosity, persistence and creativity to grow your market. What You'll Do Prospect for and develop new business relationships throughout your assigned market. Build a strong network of professional referral partners. Develop creative, out-of-the-box strategies for finding new sources of business. Turn new relationships into ongoing, productive partnerships. Identify high-potential opportunities and strategically pursue them. Represent Comfort Keepers in the community and at selected professional and networking events. Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently and track results. Collaborate with our internal team to turn qualified opportunities into new clients. Monitor your market and continually look for new ways to grow. Who We're Looking For You may come from healthcare-but you don't have to. We're more interested in finding someone who: Has demonstrated success in outside sales or business development. Is genuinely comfortable cold prospecting and opening new doors. Doesn't wait for leads to come to them. Is resourceful, curious and willing to try approaches others haven't. Builds relationships easily but understands that relationships must ultimately produce results. Is persistent without being pushy. Has strong follow-through and personal accountability. Can independently manage a territory and prioritize where to spend their time. Enjoys being in the community rather than sitting behind a desk. Is motivated by both individual achievement and company growth. Has a valid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance Is able to pass background checks, motor vehicle record check, reference checks, and TB screening Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission tied directly to the business you generate.
