Inside Sales Representative Department:
Sales Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Position purpose: To generate revenue by effectively selling the organization's services and products.Principal responsibilities:
1. Generate revenue by promoting product via phone with Distributors and OEMs; encouraging sales to increase profitable business (issuing quotes, prototypes, competitive comparisons, etc.). 2. Attend various trade shows as required to provide technical experience, address customer concerns, promote sales, and obtain new business. 3. Assist National Sales Manager, Product Managers and Market Managers by working on key projects as assigned. 4. Follow sales leads from trade shows, customer service, literature requests, e-mail, and follow through accordingly. 5. Provide forecasting for Purchasing/Product Managers for assigned region based on estimated requirements. 6. Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to function effectively on various job-related committees.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
