About the Role Machnium is looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales Representative to develop new business and manage existing customers for our range of industrial products and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience selling industrial, mechanical, engineering, Oil & Gas, CNG/RNG, valves, filtration, instrumentation, or related technical products and be comfortable dealing with engineers, procurement teams, contractors, distributors, and industrial clients. This is a B2B technical sales role , requiring both strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers within industrial and commercial markets. Generate leads through market research, site visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach. Visit factories, plants, workshops, contractors, EPC companies, and other potential customers. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide appropriate product solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement departments, engineers, and decision-makers. Present and demonstrate company products and their technical advantages. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business. Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activity, and customer requirements. Coordinate with the sales, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, customer meetings, and business development activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in B2B industrial or technical sales preferred. Experience in Oil & Gas or related industrial sectors will be strongly preferred. Good understanding of technical products and the ability to learn new products quickly. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers. Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools. A valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory will be an advantage. $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week
