Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Support Specialist (Unlicensed) to support health insurance sales operations in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced contact center setting. The role centers on assisting prospective members, handling inbound and outbound interactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting compliant sales activity tied to Medicare and health plan products.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and place outbound follow-up calls to assist prospective members with health plan and Medicare-related questions.
  • Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, sharing appropriate information, and helping move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and required documentation in internal systems.
  • Follow established compliance standards and internal procedures during all customer communications and sales support activities.
  • Track individual activity and performance results, including key contact center and sales-related metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve service quality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and ongoing learning to strengthen product knowledge and communication effectiveness.
  • Use internet-based tools and internal platforms to research information, process updates, and support daily sales operations.
