Provides office support to departments on the first floor of Minnetonka High School, including the following job duties: Organize and process instructional materials. Organizational support for student testing. Process general supply requests. Assist with day-to-day educational support. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Evidence of excellent word processing/data entry skills, minimum 40 wpm. Evidence of proficiency with Microsoft and Google products. Evidence of the ability to be flexible in scheduling time. Evidence of the ability to stay on task in an office atmosphere of constant interruption. Evidence of the ability to maintain good rapport with coworkers and cooperate in providing services. Pleasant telephone manner and excellent human relations skills. Evidence of accuracy in work produced. Evidence of ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
