What You'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers through one of the biggest purchases they make. Your job is to make that process comfortable, straightforward, and enjoyable from start to finish.

You'll:

Connect with customers and learn what they're looking for Help customers select the right vehicle for their needs and budget Demonstrate vehicles and accompany customers on test drives Explain vehicle features, technology, and available options Work with our management and finance teams to provide a smooth buying experience Follow up with customers before and after the sale Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business Stay knowledgeable about our Subaru lineup and current inventory Who We're Looking For Automotive sales experience is not required .
