In-Office Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Legendary Home Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Lead Coordinator to help keep our sales team moving and ensure every sales opportunity receives timely, consistent follow-up. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating inbound sales opportunities, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate lead information, and supporting the sales process from initial customer contact through the handoff to installation. You'll work closely with our Comfort Advisors, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to make sure leads don't fall through the cracks and customers receive a great experience throughout the process.What You'll Do:
Manage and qualify inbound sales leads from phone calls, website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other lead sources Schedule sales appointments and coordinate availability with Comfort Advisors Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and appointment information in our CRM Follow up with open leads and unsold opportunities to keep customers engaged and maximize conversion Monitor the sales pipeline and identify leads requiring additional follow-up or action Ensure required sales paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time Coordinate the handoff of sold jobs from the sales team to installation and operations Track lead activity, appointment outcomes, conversion rates, and other sales performance metrics Assist with commission tracking and sales-related reporting Maintain and organize sales materials, documents, and resources Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to resolve issues and improve the customer experience Help identify opportunities to improve lead management, follow-up, and sales processesWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, dispatch, administrative support, or another fast-paced customer-facing role Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Clear, professional, and confident communication skills Strong follow-through and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving at once Comfortable working with CRM systems, scheduling software, and other digital tools Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple departments A proactive mindset—you notice what needs attention and take action rather than waiting to be asked Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the dayWhat We Offer:
