Sales Analytics and Operations Specialist Wenger Corporation $75,000.00

As a Sales Analytics & Operations Specialist, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by coordinating and maintaining training programs, managing business system documentation, and providing data and reporting support to the Sales organization. This role also maintains system integrity and supports Contract pricing and purchase network requirements. Ensures training materials are current, schedules are maintained, and critical business processes are executed accurately and on time. At a minimum, you'll need: Minimum of 5 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, and report preparation. Experience using Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards, visualizations, and data insights that support reporting and business decision-making. Experience managing CRM data, generating reports, and maintaining data accuracy within CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create professional presentations for training, leadership updates, and board meetings It would be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree Experience coordinating training programs, schedules, or learning and development activities A typical day may include: Supporting Sales Data/Report Requests- Compile, analyze, and present data and reports as requested by sales leadership. - Coordinate and manage training schedules to align with organizational needs and employee availability. Coordinate Monthly Training Sessions
- Schedule and support recurring training sessions to support ongoing professional development. Purchase Network Reconciliation
- Reconcile orders, report to agencies, and submit payment requests to Finance Monthly Data Updates
- Ensure bid, bond and other related data is accurately updated and maintained on a monthly basis. Update Sales Maps, Supporting Documents and website
- Maintain current sales territory maps and related documentation to support sales strategy and planning. Contract Pricing Support
- Maintain National Contract / Dealer pricing and format State and District bid pricing. Monthly MDR Updates
- Complete monthly updates with Clean Data reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy in CRM Account/Contact information.
