Sales Representative - Deconstruction & Demolition Dark Horse Deconstruction | Twin Cities (3-Hour Territory) Dark Horse Deconstruction is a rapidly growing company specializing in deconstruction and demolition, offering clients a smarter, more sustainable alternative that can reduce costs through material recovery and tax advantages. We're hiring a relationship-driven sales professional with an existing network to develop and own a territory within a 3-hour drive of Minneapolis. Compensation $40,000 base salary Uncapped commissions Top performers: $200K-$300K+ What You'll Do Generate business through your existing network + self-prospecting Meet clients on-site (homeowners, investors, contractors) Run projects from first meeting to close Build referral relationships with: Realtors, GCs, Property managers, Investors Who We're Looking For 5-10 years in remodeling, construction, or home services sales Established local network (critical for success) Strong consultative, relationship-based sales style Comfortable on job sites and managing your own pipeline Why This Role Differentiated service (not commoditized like typical construction sales) Faster ramp if you bring a network (60-90 days to revenue) High upside without needing extreme volume Clear path to $200K+
