Responsabilities:

Sell & Promote State Farm products including auto, home, renters, business, life, and health insurance Develope leads & schedule appointments Cold Calling and working leads purchased by agent Bringing new business to the office Establish customer-working relationships & follow up with customers as needed Review & educate our current and or future customers about their insurance plans on a needs- based basis Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service As a Team Member you will recieve On site training - we will train you to succeed Competative Salary + Commission/bonuses Paid time off Flexible hours Unique incentives to help maintain self-motivation Requirements Self-motivated Detail Oriented Fun/positive attitude Sales Experience helpful but not required Type speed at a minimum of 45 WPM Must be willing to obtain your MN Property & Casualty and Life/Health Insurance licenses.
