Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team! Midwest Transmission Center is a leader in the driveline industry for 30 years manufacturing and selling the highest quality products in the industry. At Midwest Transmission Center, we supply to some of the top shops and distributors throughout the country and world while still running as a 2nd generation family business. Now we are looking to expand our family with a new member for a sales/customer service person that has the same TEAM spirit that you would want to be part of. This position does require some prior sales/customer service in the automotive industry and excellent phone skills to support our customers. If you are this person you must also have computer skills as well as organizational skills to perform your everyday requirements. Our company is an 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday place to work that is full time and includes paid vacations and holidays, health benefits, IRA retirement plan to name a few. Pay based on level of experience Duties Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through friendly, professional interactions Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly and confidently Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer needs Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Strong math skills for pricing calculations, discounts, and sales transactions Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and customer information accurately Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and leadership qualities Join us as a Sales Representative!
