Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, versatile individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Warehouse Support Representative . This role combines customer-focused inside sales responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and ensuring smooth, accurate handling of inventory and order fulfillment on-site. Salary plus commission! Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Service Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on outstanding opportunities. Assist customers in selecting the right products or services to meet their needs. Maintain product and pricing knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers. Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or billing. Warehouse Support Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or warehouse operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, order entry, Microsoft Office). Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
